It’s easy to forget. It’s easy to stop living for yourself and start living for a blade, start living for the number on the scale. But if things are easy, where’s the honor in that? Where’s the honor in doing the easy thing? There isn’t any.
There’s honor in overcoming your issues, in taking the hard road, recovering.
You may fall, you may fail, but if you get back up, if you try again, you’re proving to yourself that you are worth it.

This is my word of the year… I don’t remember if I posted that before. But in case I didn’t… I’ll tell you why.
My whole life ive been such a big dreamer, but never had the courage to believe in those dreams. To actually pursue them and tell myself I was good enough for that to happen to me! This year, nothing holds me back. I’m going to believe in my dreams and no one will get in my way. You’ll remember me one day. You’ll look at this post and say to yourself, all she did, was believe.

I haven’t blogged in quite a while… i mean like REALLY blog. Soooo, here is goes:)
I cannot tell you how amazing it feels at this moment in my life. Everything is going great. I just want to pause the time and cherish it because i know something bad is coming! I can’t stay this happy forever! I really am grateful for the past couple of weeks. Let me enlighten you!
First off, I had the most AMAZING opportunity to go to Carnegie Hall with the National Honors Performance Choir and sing with a beautiful group of people. I spent a week in New York City and saw shows, met celebrities, ate the yummiest food, and pretty much had the BEST WEEK! Truly, the most amazing thing thats ever happened to me! I can’t wait to go again SOON!
Second, I know this should have been first and its kinda a happy sad moment, but THE MUSICAL IS OVER!!! Okay, I LOVE the musical time but after 7 shows, youre ready for a break…. so like i said it’s kinda a HAPPY and SAD moment.
Third, I AM OFFICIALLY A COUGAR!!!!! My dream college from the time I was 3 years old, i’ve wanted to go to BYU with my best friend and its coming true! Im very excited to be able to have this experience with my close to sister:) I love her!
If anything could go better, it would be that i am already graduating and that i dont have to go to school everyday. That i could travel more and write more songs. I just want to WRITE!:)
